Original design introduced in 2016 – The RealitySoSubtle 6×12 is a dual pinhole/shutter curved film plane 6×12 panoramic pinhole camera that uses 120 film.
- Format: 120 film
- Negative size: 56 x 123mm
- Focal Length: 60mm
- Angle of view: 120 degrees
- F number: f/200
- Pinholes: 2x laser drilled 0.3mm – two pinholes for rise and fall effects as per the 6×17 camera.
The camera has a sliding cover for the ‘red window’ (used for viewing the frame numbers). The construction is identical to the 6×17 camera but in a slightly smaller package. Also the 6×12 yields 6 images per roll compared to 4 per roll with the 6×17. The 6×12 has a field of view of 120 degrees compared to the 141 degrees of the 6×17. Here’s a size comparison of the 2 cameras.
